Fall Bridal Faire

Bridal Faire is just fun.  That's all there is to it.  I love walking around the Taggart Student Center and seeing all the bridal paraphernalia that accompanies weddings.  Flowers, food, cakes, photography, registrations, backdrops.  There's so much that it almost gets overwhelming.  It's still fun to see what's out there though.

University Catering participated this year with a burgundy, cream and gold theme.  A few more splashes of color were thrown in for good measure.


University Catering has been especially lucky this year in the addition of Whitney to the staff.  She decorated the cakes for Bridal Faire this Fall and will be joining in our wedding cake consultations to lend her expertise.  We are definitely excited to have her on board.  To see more of her work, please visit her blog at http://www.cakesbywhitney.blogspot.com/.  Here's what she has done so far for University Catering.



There were also cake samplings available prepared by Dewayne Phillips, head Chef of our on campus bakery Triple Beam Bakery


Dewayne also provided us with Apple Pie Pops which were complimented perfectly with Hot Chocolate.
