Caine Lyric Theatre: Creepy and Delicious Part 2

Okay.  It's the moment you've all been waiting for.  You've been holding your breath in anticipation of the Caine Lyric Theatre menu and the pictures that will surely be posted.  Well wait no more my friends.  I'm here to deliver.  You'll all sleep better tonight knowing that although the creep factor was high, the taste factor ruled out.  At least that's what I'm telling myself.

So, without further ado... the Menu.

Sugar Shrimp Skewers in Blood Orange Reduction

Mini Sausage Wrapped in Applewood Bacon

Tossed Micro Greens w/ Irish White Cheddar Cheese, Sundried Cherries, Honey Roasted Almonds tossed with a Local Honey Wine Viniagrette

Pumpkin Tarts from Triple Beam Bakery

Home Made Rootbeer complete with Dry Ice

Loved the ambiance it lent to the whole occasion.

There was also a selection of Nanaimo Bars and a Fruit and Cheese display.

Even the staff got into the spirit of things and dressed up a bit.

I personally could have made my evening meal with the Micro Greens Salad and the Mini Sausages.  So convenient, and so very tasty.  Yum!

Thanks to all who participated in the Fund Raiser for the Caine College of Arts.  For a schedule of events and how you can attend performances please visit http://www.arts.usu.edu/ and enjoy the show!
