Katie and Furguson

University Catering is lucky enough to be able to cater to the needs of individuals planning events ranging from dinner parties for six to soirees for 600. Each event is unique and exciting. Helping Katie Wilson, a member of the Catering Staff, plan her wedding was an exciting challenge the sales staff was looking forward to taking on. Katie brought some great ideas to the table. With the help of University Catering, Katie was able to share her and her groom's special day with her family and guests in true Pinterest form.
|An elaborate combination of the favorites of both the bride and groom consisted of Lobster Mac N' Cheese, Fried Chicken, Chunky Mashed Red Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, and a Summer Squash Veggie Mix.|
Katie combined her unique shabby-chic style with the rustic setting of the American West Heritage Center to create an event that showcased her and her groom's quirky personalities.
|Twinkle lights hung above the heads of thier guests as they dined on the couple's favorite foods and browsed a collection of unique decorations and favorite photos.|
Guests helped themselves to a candy, dessert, and lemonade bar while mingling with the bride and groom, and their family and friends.
|Before getting on thier way, guests filled their own take-away bags with some of the couple's favorite candies, while munching on French Macaroons, Apple Pie Pops, Red Velvet Cake balls, and Chocolate Mousse Shots.|
